I hope you send a note to Air NZ giving them this blog reference.
Posts like this are a good way of letting people know that as we suspect there is something not right with Air NZ.
I couldn't watch their inane childish videos, and I keep away from Air NZ for the reasons you have outlined.

paul scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15675247055484136242noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8442430064359197279.post-44523219420547858592017-02-01T13:45:49.610+13:002017-02-01T13:45:49.610+13:00I business contact and I were stopped at entering ...I business contact and I were stopped at entering a Air NZ plane at Chch at the last minute and advised there would be a half hour delay before take off. So we went to the bar to continue business. Shortly after a muffled voice over the speaker in the bar was apparently calling us. We could not hear it. Once we were found (still under the half hour) we were told to rush to the gate (which we did and at some distance away) as we were holding everyone up. Fair enough, but at the gate (puffing) we were unceremoniously berated like naughty kids. My associated who is rather large promptly pointed his finger at the "abuser's" face and even more sternly said "you were late first". It was priceless. Incidentally both of us were on our first glass of beer. We were not the drunk scenario. Ronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15002173078113209487noreply@blogger.com
