It is not that many years since the wearing of a charcoal suit, white shirt and appropriate tie were de rigeur for anyone not working on the factory floor. Women's dress was similarly "regulated".<br /><br />I now have a boss who regularly turns up to work in a pair of very ordinary slacks and a t-shirt. I managed some years back to progress as far as losing the suit in favour of dress slacks and open necked shirt.<br /><br />I am still not allowed to adopt my most favoured footwear for "safety reasons" - we manufacture metal products and there is always the possibility of picking up a sliver of metal in a bare foot...The probligohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17882103150181414348noreply@blogger.com
